Shelter & Care on the Corner of Lantern Street
This two storey stone building made of charcoal grey stone and mouldy mortar is on the corner of Lantern Street and Lava Avenue. It is run by an elderly halfling woman and is supported by the Church of St Cuthbert, ex orphans who have made good and a couple of noble families.
The orphans spend some time working on plantations during the dry seasons and upon reaching adulthood are given a token payment for that work.
